Commission Structure
Compensation - A 10% referral commission is paid out to our advertising partners on a monthly schedule based on sales generated by affiliate driven traffic. Commission payments are made net of any customer returns, credit card charge reversals due to credit card fraud, all shipping and handling and taxes and duties. Redemption of Rewards Points Do NOT Qualify as commissionable sales.
Average Order Value - Order values vary, generally non-holiday sales average $40 (not inclusive of shipping, handling or taxes).
90-Day Cookie - LaPrima Shops extends a 90-day or return day cookie that is stored on each visitors browser that comes from your site, ensuring that you are properly credited for purchases made even if they do not make a purchase on their first visit.

Search Policy Restrictions
Affiliate will NOT use Merchant’s name or variation of the name in metatags, hidden text, or source code in the Affiliate domain name or any part of the URL. Affiliate will NOT engine Merchant site to pull traffic away from laprimashops.com or attempt to modify the site in any way or “scrape” or “spider” the laprimashops.com site for content. Affiliate also agrees to NOT make any representation either, intentionally or unintentionally to create the appearance that a visitor is actually visiting laprimashops.com. Affiliate agrees to not bid on any of Merchant’s (trademarked) branded keywords on any of the pay per click search engines, including but not limited to Google.com,Yahoo.com, and MSN.com. Keywords include any word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliate with the Merchant. Examples of these keywords include but are not limited to: “LaPrima Shops”, “laprimashops.com”, “LaPrima Shops.com”. Affiliates will not be paid commission on orders the Merchant observes and deems in violation of the Merchant’s keyword policy
