Incomplete, Incorrect or Damaged Shipments >

We will gladly arrange for replacement of products shipped within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska & Hawaii that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. International Customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly and may incur all to and from shipping charges.
After the 30-day period all products sold by LaPrima Shops, llc. are covered according to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms. For copies of detailed warranty information, contact the respective manufacturer. For warranty claims, follow the manufacturer's instructions included with the product. If assistance with a warranty repair / replacement is required contact us. |
