We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. You may return new, unopened, nonperishable items sold and fulfilled by LaPrima Shops, llc within 30 days of delivery for a refund (shipping and return postage are not refundable). We'll pay the return shipping costs (domestic shipments only) if the return is a result of our error (damaged in transit or incorrect merchandise shipped).
All returns must be new, unopened, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. We can not accept returns of products that have been used, washed or altered. A twenty (20%) restocking fee will be assessed on all products that are returned with damaged or missing documentation, accessories or packaging.
Return Procedure:
1. Log into My Account to submit RMA requests via the Track your recent orders section. Click View Details next to the Order being returned, then click Add New RMA. Items must meet our General Returns Policy criteria as defined above. We will contact you within 2-business days with the Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. Please write the Return Merchandise Number on the shipping label. All returned items must be new, in perfect condition and must have all the parts/accessories, manuals, warranty card and other parts/items included. Be sure to include a copy of the Invoice or packing slip in the box.
3. Item(s) must be properly packed, we recommend that they are insured and sent via a carrier that offers tracking like (UPS or FedEx ground). You are responsible for ensuring the returned item is not damaged or lost in transit. The package must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your RMA or the shipment may be refused.
4. We make every effort to process returns as quickly as possible; credit will be issued to the Card Holder's credit card. Please note that for products that have been returned incomplete and or damaged, a twenty (20 %) percent restocking fee will be charged. Refunds for items received as gifts will receive credit in the form of an electronic gift certificate, redeemable on all items on our site except shipping and tax.
