Special order products are products that are not stocked in the LaPrima Shops fulfillment center; they are available to us placing a special order directly with the manufacturer. This allows LaPrima Shops to provide you with additional products for your convenience. Special order products typically ship within 3-4 weeks, but can take longer in some cases. Estimated Time to Ship is indicated next to each Special Order product. Products will be labeled Special/Pre-order in the shopping cart. |

| Important: We hold all items (In-Stock/Pre-order/Special Order) until the complete order is ready to ship, we highly recommend creating multiple orders when ordering both in-stock and special or pre-order items. All special orders will be charged at the time the order is placed. |

Cancellations: Special Order products cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If the length of time exceeds our maximum estimated time to ship, the cancellation fee will be waived. |

| Returns: Special Order products will be assesed a 50% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be waived on defects or damages reported within 5-business days of receipt of order. |

| Warranty: All products sold LaPrima Shops, llc. are covered according to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms. For copies of detailed warranty information, contact the respective manufacturer. For warranty claims, follow the manufacturer's instructions included with the product. If assistance with a warranty repair / replacement is required contact us. |
