Track an Order

Once your order has been placed, sent to be shipped, and shipped by Amazon you will receive an email stating your order has shipped. At this point you can track your order by following the below steps:

1. Go to 'My Account'

2. Select View: Orders placed in the past 6 months and hit 'Go'

3. Sign into your account

4. Locate the order you wish to track and select 'Track Your Package'

You will then be provided the Shipment carrier, Tracking number, Status, Shipment date and then the activity which can be up to 24 hours old.



Important: We recommend that you add support@laprima-shops.hostedbyamazon.com and info@laprimashops.com to your safe senders list so that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will recognize LaPrima Shops as a valid email sender. This is to ensure that you can receive order confirmations, status updates and replies to your inquires by email.
