Order Cancellation and Change Your Order: In order to meet our commitment to you to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. To view your open orders sign into your account. If you decide you no longer want your order, please refuse delivery upon its arrival. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price once the product is returned to our fulfillment center. Only orders that arrive with damaged or incorrect product will result in a refund of your purchase price, plus applicable sales tax paid and shipping fees. will gladly arrange for replacement of products shipped within the Continental US, Alaska & Hawaii that are defective due to defects
in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of
purchase. After
the 30-day period all products sold by LaPrima Shops, llc. are covered
according to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms. For copies
of detailed warranty information, contact the respective manufacturer.

You may return new, unopened, nonperishable items sold by LaPrima Shops, llc within 30 days of delivery for a refund (gift wrapping, shipping and return postage fees are not refundable).
