Order Cancellation and Change Your Order: In order to meet our commitment to you to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. To view your open orders sign into your account. If you decide you no longer want your order, please refuse delivery upon its arrival. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price once the product is returned to our fulfillment center. Only orders that arrive with damaged or incorrect product will result in a refund of your purchase price, plus applicable sales tax paid and shipping fees. Any other returns will not be refunded shipping fees.



Address Errors: For any refused package or any returns to LaPrima Shops due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charges.

Defective Items: We will gladly arrange for replacement of products shipped within the Continental US, Alaska & Hawaii that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.  After the 30-day period all products sold by LaPrima Shops, llc. are covered according to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms. For copies of detailed warranty information, contact the respective manufacturer. For warranty claims, follow the manufacturer's instructions included with the product.

Incomplete, Incorrect or Damaged Shipments: If you order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us NO LATER than five (5) days after receipt of merchandise. We are not responsible for items reported beyond this timeframe. The customer is responsible for return shipping on any return that is not damaged in transit or a result of incomplete or incorrect merchandise.

Return Policy: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. You may return new, unopened, nonperishable items sold by LaPrima Shops, llc within 30 days of delivery for a refund (gift wrapping, shipping and return postage fees are not refundable). We'll arrange for a replacement if the item is damaged in transit or incorrect merchandise is shipped.

All returns must be new, unopened, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. We can not accept returns of products that have been used, washed or altered.  Remember that by buying through us, you are also covered by Amazon's A-Z 30 day guarantee.

Shipping Policy: Shipping Time -- Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by LaPrima Shops or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes: Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New Jersey. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Tracking Shipments: All domestic orders contain tracking or delivery confirmation numbers, you can track your package by visiting the Your Account page. If you order is lost, please contact us immediately, we will start a tracer. The customer is responsible for return shipping on any return that is not damaged in transit or a result of incomplete or incorrect merchandise.



Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, LaPrima Shops shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LaPrima Shops shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LaPrima Shops shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
